@@bigvic12369increasing rising and pronation alongside with back pressure and side pressure is what is needed.You can't win without basics.That is what Devon showed Ermes when he took away his wrist completely(Well,Ermes didn't have much time to prepare because Devon is just...Okay,I won't go about that.But in my opinion Ermes can win only if he increases everything.)

6:36 i think this is the key exercise for you vs Levan BUT i think you also need to add STATIC my frien !! for this exercise so you can hold Levan HARD HIT. Training reps is good but in your case you lost your wrist vs Levan so i think STATIC is the MOST important and try to go for HEAVY HEAVY WEIGHT !!!!!! If you already do STATIC for this exercise than it's AMAZING !!! I am not a professional i just share my thoughts.

No he won't he's too small and weak, Levan is a whole other species. It's impossible for Ermes to reach anywhere near peak shape Levan this year. Ermes needs more years of muscle and bone growth to get to that level. Ermes' best shape ever is Levan's basic off season shape...I think we will see Ermes stop Levan again but then Levan will pull back and transition to the press and it will be over. You could see Devon's arm bone bending when he went under the table to hold Levan's press, you have to be able to curl 300kg to have a chance a holding Levan's press lol. Also Ermes' lat strength is nowhere near Levan, Levan is doing pullups with 200kg+ total weight.. This is not bodybuilding, definition means nothing it's all about your strength, technique, bone and muscle size. Ermes can come into the match with veins on his abs but it won't mean anything if he just gets crushed by Levan 😄.
@Maestro_Hulk Levan has a hard time doing the flop press. Look, buddy, Levan ain't Devon-he can't move his body as easily as Devon does Against Prudnyk. Levan tried to do a traditional press on Ermes but failed miserably. Ermes has more technical knowledge than Levan. Levan just has bigger mass and more strength but lower technical table IQ. Ermes won’t just rely on a back-pressure game-he will do something unimaginable in the Levan match. His back pressure has reached 94 kg to 100 kg, which will have a huge impact. Not in four rounds-mark my words, Ermes will gas out Levan in just two rounds."one
@@Maestro_Hulk Levan ain't doing any special move. He’s just trying to toproll Ermes-Levan flop pressing Ermes is impossible, not even in 10 matches, let alone in this one. One important thing: Ermes doesn’t need to go under the table like Devon to stop Levan, and that's been proven in all matches. Devon went 0-6 in both matches against Levan. Another important thing you forgot-Levan will never be able to do a flop press against Ermes due to Ermes’ insane back pressure, which is far stronger than anyone else in the entire arm wrestling community."

Ermes entered history when he was the first to stop levan. and made levan quit for the last 2 rounds forfaiting from total fatigue ... this was the best performance to see, ever. and it created the possibility of someone being able to beat peak levan. everyone still believes Ermes is capable
