"Sex is usually categorized as female or male but there is variation in the biological attributes that comprise sex and how those attributes are expressed. Gender refers to the socially constructed roles, behaviours, expressions and identities of girls, women, boys, men, and gender diverse people" I don't really care about any of these things, however the usage of gender did not deviate from the actual definition, as "gender", rather than "sex", is a social construct, like high heels being considered feminine, we could at any point as a society decide that only men should use high heels (as it once was) and that its the pinnacle of masculinity, because high heels being feminine is entierly a social construct. "Sex" however (using mainly sources here, as i wouldnt know anything about it from experience, though i doubt any of us would either) isnt a social construct, and is used based on their biological sex organs, such as a peen or a cooch (although this is more irrelevant in the modern age as although you cant change it on the fly like gender, you are able to change sex)
